Expert Witness Work
Over the years we have developed the ability to provide expert witness reports for many building disputes where clients have concerns regarding the quality of workmanship and/or materials.
Often, a detailed assessment and report is sufficient to enable the parties to reach an agreement without the costly exercise of taking the matter as far as the courts.
Sadly, with the best endeavours of all parties, building disputes can, and do, arise. At this stage, we can become involved to provide an independent report in line with Civil Procedure Rules detailing the claims, the justification and remedial measures that may be required.
A comment from a lawyer who instructed us to provide an independent expert witness report:
Dear David,
Excellent news - I just wanted to let you know that District Judge Burgess preferred your evidence over that of your opponent and our client therefore defended the claim fully as well as winning a counter-claim. Thank you for your help in this.
Kind regards
